Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Dinger Grid, the business that operates the DingerGrid service. They govern your use of DingerGrid. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Informational tool only

DingerGrid is a home-run candidate and parlay-combination organizer. It is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, wagering platform, financial adviser, professional handicapper, or prediction service. DingerGrid does not accept wagers, hold funds, place bets, or guarantee outcomes.

2. Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 21 years old to use DingerGrid. You are responsible for confirming that sports wagering and your intended use are lawful where you are located. Do not use DingerGrid to violate any law, sportsbook rule, or contractual restriction.

3. Odds and market information

Odds, game times, player names, teams, and market availability may come from third-party data providers. They can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, suspended, or changed without notice. Always confirm every selection and price directly with a licensed sportsbook before acting.

4. No promises or reliance

Past results do not predict future outcomes. Generated combinations are organizational outputs, not recommendations. You assume all risk for decisions you make. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse third-party data, evade technical limits, use automated extraction at scale, or copy and resell the site or its branding without written permission.

6. Intellectual property and non-affiliation

DingerGrid’s original interface, copy, and branding are protected by applicable law. Player, league, team, sportsbook, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. DingerGrid is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Major League Baseball, any MLB club, FanDuel, DraftKings, other sportsbooks, or displayed data providers unless expressly stated.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may be changed, paused, or removed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DingerGrid disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DingerGrid and its operator will not be liable for gambling losses, lost profits, data loss, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Third-party services and links

Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. DingerGrid is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or conduct.

10. Suspension

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction in Maryland.
